Ocyan announces that Jorge Luiz Mitidieri is stepping down from his role as the company’s CEO. Jorge has been with Ocyan for 15 years, where he served not only as CEO but also as Executive Vice President of the Integrated Services Business Unit. The CEO position will be assumed by the company’s board member, Luiz Reis. Luiz is an executive with 30 years of experience in Structured Finance within the Infrastructure sector and has served as an executive director in the wholesale divisions of large financial institutions. He holds a degree in Economics from UnB and an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
