INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

Ocyan's Internship Program seeks to attract students with potential who align with our culture. First spot for young individuals into the company, the program lasts for two years and provides the opportunity to familiarize themselves with Ocyan's culture, its main career tracking tools, and to develop an Improvement and Innovation Project. This prepares interns for becoming future members of the team and taking on increasingly significant professional challenges.

DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION
PROGRAM

Ocyan's program was launched in 2019 after an in-depth exploration of the topic. It features a dedicated department and a multidisciplinary committee responsible for its strategy.

At the tactical level, the program also relies on the voluntary contributions of individuals from all areas of the company, appointed as Diversity and Inclusion Ambassadors. These ambassadors are divided among four affinity groups corresponding to the action pillars currently addressed by Ocyan: Persons with Disabilities, Gender Equity, Race and Ethnicity, and LGBTQIA+.
