Ocyan offers 160 job vacancies for the maintenance of platforms

Ocyan will open 160 job vacancies in the area of maintenance and offshore services (MSO) on platforms operating in the Búzios Field, largest oil field in the world in ultra-deep waters in terms of extension and reserves. The initial vacancies, generated in a contract recently won by the company, are part of a total of 500 that will be opened by the first quarter of 2025.
In this first offer, 120 job vacancies for offshore work (high seas) and 40 for onshore work (on land, Macaé site) for positions as industrial painter, welder, boilermaker, scaffolder, climber, delineator and planning technician. The Búzios Field is located in the central portion of the Santos Basin, 180km from the city of Rio, but the offshore vacancies offered may be of interest even to those who live in other states. As the work schedule, in this case, requires 14 days on the platform, the worker may spend the next 14 days off in their city of origin.
These positions may be of interest to residents of the capital and metropolitan region of Rio, since the embarkation to Búzios field is performed on flights leaving from Jacarepaguá airport and surrounding areas. There are vacancies for professionals with secondary, technical and higher education, with salaries and benefits compatible with the market and the standards of the oil and gas industry.
